Night Shift’s Tea Party line, which is made of hard seltzer and real tea, is another type of seltzer. Chris Oxton describes Hoot as tasting more like a hard water than La Croix, a type of beer made from rum. When brewers ferment their sugar base with wine yeast, it is not dilute or softened. Hoot was one of the most popular products in the city during the months of July and August. The equipment does not have a craft component.
